Fontebenedetta is holiday house which is strategically very well situated in Siena for all those who like being near all the practicalities which a city offers but also enjoy the peaceful and totally relaxing atmosphere of the country.The entire property has a surface of 5 Hectars and the parc entends alongside the top of a hill in the East of Siena. The entrance goes through a gravel courtyard, dominated by an old stone well which in fact still works, and la line of ancient cypress trees lead the way though a beautiful green alleyway with vineyard and olive-grove on either side.The swimming pool is in a natura setting surrounded by vignes and old cypress trees: open all day and night, equipped with entrance ladder, trampoline, open-air shower (7x12 m). Along one side there is a sunbathing area with various sunbeds for the guests.All the flats have breathtaking views for those who love Siena and its typically Tuscan surroundings. All the flats and extensions have been done up in line with the traditional country style and are fully catered. There is also satellite TV and heating in autumn and winter.
Parking is inside the property, (protected by two large electric gates) a few metres away from the flats.

If you come from Florence...
...after taking the motorway to Siena, take the exit to "SIENA NORD" and follow the road signs to the "STAZIONE". Leave the station on your left, proceed to the crossroad and go toward "ROMA A1 / AREZZO / PERUGIA".
The next two roundabout on your left don't exist on the map because they have been built recently.
Take the first roundabout and follow the road signs to "ROMA A1 / MONTEVARCHI".
Then take the second roundabout and go toward "MONTEVARCHI / PONTIGNANO". You will be on the "STRADA STATALE N° 408".
Overcome the little urban area on your left called "BOTTEGANUOVA". You will be in front of an intersection.
Take the road on your left which is called "STRADA DI SCACCIAPENSIERI", and go toward the "BASILICA DELL'OSSERVANZA".
At the beginning of this uphill road, take immediately the "STRADA DELLA CAPRIOLA" on your left.
Go straight on that road (it is a blind alley road) and here you are to "FONTEBENEDETTA".
If you come from Roma...
... from the "AUTOSTRADA DEL SOLE", take the exit to "VAL DI CHIANA" and go toward "SIENA" ; go always straight until you reach "SIENA EST". Go along this road until you find three roundabouts.
Take the first roundabout and follow the road signs to "FIRENZE".
Then take the second roundabout and go toward the same direction, "FIRENZE / MONTEVARCHI".
Then take the third roundabout and go toward "MONTEVARCHI / PONTIGNANO".
You will be on the "STRADA STATALE N° 408".
