Instructions on how to reach the property
|
By train: station of Santa Maria Novella (SMN), going out the station, take the exit near the Pharmacy - go straight and cross the street at the traffic light and turn right towards the Mc Donald's on the corner with Largo Alinari - take this street that after a few metres changes its name into Via Nazionale and go straight - turn right at the third street called Via Chiara that will take you into a sort of square called Piazza del Mercato Centrale - go to the bottom of it and turn left into another little street and at the end of it you will see the door of the hotel. From the station to the hotel it's just a 10 minutes walk (about 400-500 metres).
By Car:
Go towards the S.M. Novella Railway Station driving along S. Caterina d'Alessandria Street until you find a square on your right (Piazza Indipendenza). Turn left at the always blinking traffic lights in Via Guelfa. Follow the street and take the third street on your right side (Via Ginori). Then turn right on the next street. Now you have reached Via Taddea. You will find our hotel is on the right side.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 3 days. In case of cancellation 3 days prior arrival there will be to pay the amount of the first night.
In case of an arrival in the hotel after 22.00 PM without giving notice the hotel considers the booking cancelled for the day itself (no-show) and also for the following days.
