This Residence is situated in a historical building just 50 meters from Betlémské square and 200 meters from Charles Bridge.

6 Bilo apartments with:1 bedroom with double bed,living room with a double sofa bed.kitchen corner,bathroom,SAT-TV .

Stove with 4 burners.
Pans,cutlery,glasses,cups provided.
We will provide you sheets and blankets fot the beds,2 bath towels for each person.
Cleaning every 4 days.

LOCATION
Just few steps from your flats is situated Betlemske square,one of the numerous suggestive places in Prague.
Continueing 200 meters more,you will find the well-known Charles Bridge,that connect the 2 areas of the centre of Prague.That way will lead you up to the castle.
Close to this flats there are also Narodni street,with a lot of shops and one the best supermarkets in Prague,Tesco,with a wide range of goods.
In the same street where this flat are situated,you will find a lot of bars and restaurants with Czech and Italian cuisine.
Prague amazing nightlife is just few meters from your flat.

Cancellation Policy
|
Booking:
After choosing a kind of accomodation from the ones that we offer, send via E-mail of FAX your booking request. In the next 24 hours you will receive your booking voucher.
The booking policy is the following:
DEPOSIT: 2 night of staying, to be sent via:
-international postal money order
-Bank money transfer
BALANCE: Will be paid at your arrival in Prague, in the currency specified on the voucher.
--credit cards or cash
Arrival:
According to your demands, you will tell us your expected arrival time.
In case you will come by car, give us a ring 30km before you will reach Prague.
If you will come by train, bus, plane, let us know the expected arrival time.
We can also provide transfer services.
For all the hotels Check-In time from 11.00 AM.
Departure:
About the flats, Check-Out time is 10.30/11.00 AM of the departure day, but some exceptions could be allowed, according to cleaning services and new arrivals.
For all the hotels Check-out time 10.30/11.00 AM.
Caution:
At your arrival, each person occupying the flat, will pay 25 Euros as a deposit for eventually damaged stuff. This amount will be refunded at your departure, after checking your flat.
For this amount will be issued a receipt
About the hotels, a credit card as guarantee and for room service also.
Cancellation:
According to our policy, we will give you the deposit back only if you cancel the booking 30 days before your expected arrival.
From the 29th day we will not give you any rebate.
Pets:
Pets are allowed or not, according to the kind of accomodation.
It has to be verified at the time of booking.
Claims:
Any complaint has to be referred at your arrival to the flat, so that we can quickly solve them out.
About the hotels, ask to the reception.
Damages:
If at the moment of your departure will be discovered damaged stuff, we will calculate the amount of them, and if the deposit previously given will not be enough to pay them back, we will ask you for further money.
In case the two parts will not get an agreement, our agency is allowed to call the police.
About the hotels, each of them has their own regulations.
This agreement is accepted from both the parts and it is ruled by the Italian and Czech Law.
