-Check availability and prices.
-Find the offer to book, click on BOOK NOW.
-Complete the booking form.
-Enter your personal information and your credit card.
-Click to verify data entered.
-Confirm your end of your booking.

HOW TO BOOK WITHOUT CREDIT CARD.
-Search for a Hotel, B & B, Residence, Farm House.
-Check availability and prices.
-Send an e-mail to: booking@goviaggi.com to request a reservation without credit card.
-As a guarantee we ask for a copy of an air ticket or train.
-The e-mail you send must contain:
Name and surname
Telephone number
E-mail
Your destination (city)
Name of structure you want to make the reservation at
The type of the room or apartment of your choice
Number of nights
Number of people
The total amount you will pay for your stay
Ticket copy in the attachement.
-This way of reservation is subject to approval from GoViaggi.com and is not allowed for certain periods of the year.
-The management of the reservation without a credit card for amendment or cancellation is the same as for the reservations with credit card.

HOW THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED.
-After completing the booking, you will see a web page with all the information you entered and contacts of the Hotel booked, phone number, e-mail, city and address.
-The copy of the booking is sent automatically in your inbox e-mail you specify in the booking confirmation form.

How do I pay for my reservation?
-A credit card is given only to guarantee reservations.
-On the card no operations will be carried out.
-The details of your credit card details are protected by GoViaggi.com.
-GoViaggi.com issue the data of your credit card at the hotel, just in case your change or cancellation has not been compliance with the BOOKING CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT hotel rules, only in this case, the hotel can charge the amount due from your credit card.
-The balance of your stay you will be made directly to the hotel upon arrival.
-Remember, your credit card is a way of security, there are also accepted prepaid credit cards.

How do I change my booking?
-In the copy of the reservation sent by email, you will find the reservation code.
-From the home of www.goviaggi.com click on: MODIFY RESERVATION.
-Enter e-mail address: E-MAIL AND BOOKING CODE.
-By entering the CUSTOMER AREA you will be able to modify the reservation.
-After the change, the system sends an updated copy of the booking in your e-mail inbox.

How can I cancel my booking?
-From the home of www.goviaggi.com click CANCEL RESERVATION.
-Enter e-mail address: E-MAIL AND BOOKING CODE.
-By entering the CUSTOMER AREA you will be able to cancel the reservation. -When finished, the system sends a cancellation confirmation e-mail in your inbox.

IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR BOOKING MODIFICATION, ARE THERE PENALTIES?
-There will be no penalty if the amendment or cancellation is in accordance to the booking conditions of the accommodation reserved.
-If the amendment or cancellation does not comply with the terms specified by the structure, they will recover the amount due from your credit card.
